Shira Barlas
Shira has been teaching yoga for over a decade, offering classes rooted in presence, mindful movement, and self-inquiry. Her path began through the study of Buddhist philosophy and meditation, traveling throughout India, Nepal, and China, where she deepened her understanding of awareness, compassion, and embodied practice. In 2024, Shira completed her 500-hour RYT training in Thailand, further refining her approach to integrating breath, movement, and nervous-system awareness. Her teaching invites students to slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves, using yoga as a tool for integration, resilience, and living with greater intention.
Becca Sherwood
Becca is a Pilates instructor with over 25 years of teaching experience. She trained under master teacher Janine Galati in Philadelphia, a direct lineage holder of Joseph Pilates, grounding her work in the classical Pilates tradition. For her entire career, Becca has worked independently in her private home studio, offering highly personalized instruction. While her teaching is rooted in classical Pilates principles, she is deeply committed to meeting each client where they are, adapting sessions to support individual needs, abilities, and goals. Her approach blends precision, experience, and thoughtful attention, creating a practice that is both supportive and effective.
Rebecca Saline
Rebecca began practicing yoga in 2001, an experience that profoundly changed her life and deepened her connection to presence, peace, and embodied awareness. Inspired by yoga’s ability to integrate body and mind, she became a certified instructor in 2003. Rebecca’s teaching is rooted in creative, mindful sequencing where breath, intention, and movement flow together. She invites students to honor themselves with kindness and compassion, using asana and conscious breath to cultivate greater awareness. To Rebecca, yoga is a practice of coming home to yourself—an exploration of presence, intention, and self-love.
