Initial Consultation

– 90 minutes | $650

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive evaluation of your medical history, symptoms, health goals, lifestyle, prior treatments, and risk factors. During this visit, Dr. Kim Einhorn will review your concerns, discuss evidence-based treatment options, and develop a personalized care plan tailored to your individual needs.

Some women seek a one-time expert consultation and choose to continue their care with another healthcare provider. Others choose to have Dr. Einhorn provide their ongoing menopause and midlife healthcare through membership at The MP Collective.

If You Choose Ongoing Care, your $650 initial consultation fee is fully credited toward your first year of membership.

Membership allows Dr. Einhorn to provide proactive, individualized care without the limitations of traditional insurance-based medicine. Rather than paying separately for office visits, medication management, or ongoing communication, members receive comprehensive physician-guided care throughout the year with exceptional access and continuity.

Membership Includes:

– Unlimited in-person office visits, telehealth visits, phone consultations, and secure patient portal messaging
– Personalized menopause, perimenopause, gynecologic, and midlife healthcare
– Comprehensive medication management, including prescription initiation and ongoing adjustment
– Comprehensive weight management, including GLP-1 and other FDA-approved weight loss medication prescribing, monitoring, and ongoing management when clinically appropriate
– Individualized exercise and lifestyle recommendations focused on preserving muscle mass, improving metabolic health, optimizing bone health, and promoting healthy longevity
– Annual gynecologic care, including routine examinations and cervical cancer screening (Pap testing when indicated)
– Ordering and interpretation of screening mammograms and bone density (DEXA) studies
– Comprehensive annual laboratory evaluation
– Advanced cardiovascular risk assessment, including lipid testing, specialized cardiovascular laboratory studies, and coronary artery calcium (CAC) scoring when clinically appropriate
– Body composition analysis with ongoing monitoring
– Coordination of care with your primary care physician and other specialists
– Access to The MP Collective Fitness Studio
– Annual membership for daughters of members for $350 per year

The MP Collective intentionally limits its membership to ensure every patient receives exceptional physician access, personalized attention, and the highest level of evidence-based care. Our goal is not simply to treat menopause symptoms, but to partner with women through midlife and beyond to optimize their health, longevity, and quality of life.
